I own 2 kittens - both indoors - and recently went on holiday for 2 weeks, rather than putting them in a cattery we got a family member to move in for the 2 weeks.
However when he stayed he didnt want them in the bedroom at all which they are usually allowed - so in the day time they only had 1 room and a hall way rather than the bedroom aswell.
Anyway they both made a fair racket all night apparently meowing at the door mostnight to get in.
We got home and they were both well and happy enough but pleased to get back in the bedroom.
Mitzi has always been quite vocal and mews for food and sometimes to say hello when you come in.
But since we got back from holiday she has taken to rushing around your feet mewing - coaxing you to follow her into the bedroom where she will proceed to lie down on the rug and ask for fuss. She never did this before!?
If we are in the living room watching tele she will mew - I will look at her, she mews and then stands by the door - if i get up she will rush into the bedroom, stop and look back to make sure im following her and then mew again and lie down on the rug!
Strange that its only been since holiday but wondered if anyone has had anything like this?
