Might be worth getting some child lock things for the windows so you can leave them ajar slightly without him getting out.

IF he's not used to being out then I wouldn't think he's gone very far.  I would go out when it's got a bit cooler (early evening) and call him.  The trouble with this warm weather is that while it's light most kitties are simply crashed out in a garden under a bush sound asleep .... but when it starts to cool down they will become more active.  Of course this doesn't help you to spot him as he's black!


Definitely get as many posters and flyers out as you can  :hug:

Keeping everything crossed that he comes back home tonight.

That's definitely the best way to go about it, the more people that know about him the better. If you live anywhere near a school stick some posters up near there as the kids will no doubt want to keep an eye out for him.

Last night i left window open & my house cat has gone. Around the hours from 10.00pm 27/june/2010 to 7.00am 28/june/2010.
Description: Pure black cat, Short to medium hair. Has a grey patch on his tummy.  Has few cracked claws. Hes a male & Approx 1.5yrs old. HE IS CHIPPED..
If anyone from my area (HEMSWORTH,KINSLEY,FITZWILLIAM,SOUTH KIRKBY,SOUTH ELMSALL AREA) has seen him please please let me know on anonymousbarbie@hotmail.co.uk Im so worried, i feel sick to the bone, i miss him so much & im doing everything i can & just cant find him. Thankyou. :scared:
