Oh So I see I have not been the only peson to complain about the poor packing from Zooplus. Around half the tins in my last order were badly dented and 2 out of 3 feather pole toys were broken.
It did make me think twice about using them again....but there are not many other suppliers of Bozita tinned.

I've noticed that the packaging on y last few orders has been a lot better too
From the address label it looks like they now ship from a warehouse in the UK so that is probably the reason

my last two deliveries were much better packed too, though I didn't order any tins
it was loose tins crashing around which caused problems before
but hopefully they have listened to the complaints and got their act together now

I'm pleased to report that my latest delivery (first in a while) was packaged much better than previous parcels. Twine around the boxes and I think they were stronger boxes too (or just better sealed). The box containing the litter was a bit broken in the corners but it was the 3rd attempted delivery so a bit of damage was to be expected. It did contain 30kg cat litter too. The box containing the food wasn't broken at all.
