Little Flo passed away yesterday.  She came in a few weeks after her owner died.  No one knew she existed but we knew this gentleman was very reclusive and eccentric so we put food out and traps and ended up with 3 cats.

Flo did not cope well in the cattery.  She pined and refused to eat and ended up on a life-saving drip.  She was moved to an indoor foster and promptly disappeared up a chimney, part of which had to be dismantled to get her out...  Flo was determined to have something different. Eventually she came to me and although it took her a while to settle, I had none of the behavioural problems she had shown so far.  She loved my wood burner and would cosy down behind it, demanding being fed there if it was a particularly cold night.

Flo was a tiny tabby with cattitude.  I knew she was not well months ago but blood tests proved negative.  This week a tumour erupted under her skin at the top of her nose and between her eyes.  Little Flo was pts yesterday with many tears and much love.

Go play at the Rainbow Bridge, dear little Flo.
