Well Tabitha has well and truly got the boys wrapped around her little paw! She is definitely the domiant female and has them running around after her all the time. She gets to snuggle with all of them, gets licked and washed by all 3 boys whenever she demands and then has play fights whenever she instigates them! She certainly has 3 very good friends now! I'm going to try and take some more piccies over the next few days. She's still very tiny but I can tell she has grown.
When she ahd her 2nd vax, the vet was very pleased with the weight she had put on but did advise us that she was likely to always be 'petite' so will probably be kitten sized for longer!

Well their heart was certainly in the right place  :) She's absolutely gorgeous  :Luv:
Degfinitely, she is one of the most 'people confident' kittens I have meant, she was so well loved in her first few weeks. I guess it shows the importance of TLC

For the first few weeks til she moved onto whiskers kitten food! We are seriously amazed she survived but although the people who took her in didn't feed her the right things- it doesn't seem to have done her any harm at all. It's amazing how resilient they are!
Of course, in an ideal world she would have been given a proper milk substitute designed for handrearing but she made it through which I guess is all that matters. She is sitting on my shoulder as we speak!  :Luv2:

Aww, what a sweetheart! And how amazing that she made it through those first few months of life, clearly she's fallen on her paws at your house so she's definitely a very lucky cat!

New addition to the family- Tabitha :)
« Reply #1 on: November 10, 2009, 22:21:23 PM »
Just wanted to take the time to introduce the new little munchkin of the family. She's a 9 week old little tabby girl called Tabitha who we have adopted- I miss my babies who have passed on everyday (it's been a hard year!) but she really does feel like a little ray of sunshine!
She was one of a small litter which came into care, they had been found at around 3 days and by some miracle survived! The miracle being that the very nice people that took them in were not that knowledgeable and hand reared them on Asda kitten milk!!! She is a very healthy kitten though and full of beans so I think that the love and care she received was what kept her going!
She's an absolute princess, a real star and is soooo affectionate! She has spent the eveing asleep under my chin! I need to take some pics to post but to start with.... here she is!
