physical reactions might well be as much to the stress of having them as the vaccs themselves

maybe some but not with my cats, all my cats have been off after their boosters and the vet said they can cause lethargy for a day or so, it's quite common.  I've also heard - from other sources that it can depend on the make of vaccination, not sure how true that is though.

Trigger and Tiffany let the vet give them boosters while they carry on lying on the bed, and never show any after effects

Well I went upstairs to have a lie down with Clapton. I didn't hear Willow come in the room - I only heard the weird yowling they make before throwing up. She has thrown up a full stomach full of food and water all over the carpet  - Luckily we have a proper shampooer - but I will have to wait until Clapton comes down for his tea. I can't subject him to that noise after what he has already been through today. Willow is sitting near me now and her poor stomach is gurgling like mad. I think I will stop boosters except for our bruiser Kylie.

Byron hasn't had hers this year, ours have always been off it afterwards - I wonder whether that's the case with Clapton  :(

my oscar gets ill after boosters Mark so I've stopped, they can't decide if he is allergic or a big girls blouse either way it is too much for him so he just doesn't have them any more

I'm not forgiven by Clapton. I went upstairs a while ago and instead of being curled up on the bed, he is on the floor under the radiator and he cowered when I went near. This will take weeks if not months to get over. I think I might stop his boosters as he goes out so seldom and if by any chance he saw another cat, he would be back in like lightning.

The lucky thing is, when the vet arrived, I was just filling the bucket up to wash the dining room and hall floors so glad I didn't get time  :evillaugh:

All done!

Alice is now hiding behind the sofa in the living room. Willow, even though she had extra jabs is over it and sitting on me. Kylie has gone to resume her nap in her dog bed against a radiator in the bedroom and Clapton is in hiding.

aww hope they all ok. The dreaded man with the needles. Such a shame but for the best.

Weirdly my two seem to like getting their boosters for some strange reason

I hate to do it to them. Clapton is finally not jumping when I go near him but I will have to bring him downstairs for his boosters this afternoon when the vet comes. They are all having boosters + poor Willow has to have B12 & Laurabolin as well - my poor little pin cushion  :(
