WEll, I think all the ones on my street must be sensible Lynn, as I posted we have a minimum of 5 cats on the street, and in previous years it has been higher - last years was 11 for part of the year, plus at least 2 neighbourhood cats that came round, and none were ill.
Sootyca - you do have a good point, and if they were in a separate garden, I wouldnt' dream of it, but I live on an odd street, we are classed as back to backs, so no back door, never mind a garden!! The neighbours lillies are in pots outside the front of the house, so it is a different situation to what you mention - I wouldn't be trespassing, and it wouldnt' look too suspicous as both plants struggled with flowering last year. If the weedkiller smells it wouldnt' be an option, but yet again this year, I have cats having outdoor access that are new, and I Would hate to lose one cos of my neighbours ignorance.
