Sorry Yang is still missing Debra   As you can see her thread is still active (we're just having a bit of a tidy up) and we are still thinking of you.xxx

Been a long time since I was on here. Received an email about this topic being moved.

Yang didn't turn up. It will be 2 years this month she went missing. Still miss her. Still have her lovely sister Yin though and also now have an Irish Red Setter puppy (Shea) who's mischievous but adorable.

Thanks to those of you who wrote comments since I was last here.

Debra

Hi Debra,

Is there any news? I only joined yesterday in search of my own cat Rufus.

I go through Delemere quite often so will keep a look out!

Hello all
Well, it's been almost 2 months since Yang went missing. She is/would have been (?) 9 today. I spent the day with her twin sister Yin (gave her lots of prawns as a birthday treat). I don't really know why I'm writing this now - I miss Yang every day and just needed to share that, I guess.

Just feeling particularly sad tonight...

Debra :(

Please dont rule out her being in an area that you have already checked.....I would have an area pattern to patrol if you know what I mean!  ;)

Thanks Bazmum.

No joy last night. :(

I'm feeling utterly exhausted from all the nervous energy from distributing posters/searching/worrying/just missing her!

Thanks Gill and Sam

Yeah I've been doing stuff off Sam's list.

I just had a phone call this morning from a farm down the road - possible sightings over the last 2 weeks (timid black cat, never seen before, going in and out of gardens) - so I'm going to check that out tonight (wish I could go now but they're out all day!) I went to check out another call from the same lane the other night/yesterday but no luck. And I just dropped some posters off at the local dog-training school...

I've also been speaking with neighbours - they've all been looking and keeping their eyes peeled.

I'm hoping that with the end of the primary school exams/half term that people are returning from holidays this weekend (ie more calls).

Anyway, fingers toes and eyes crossed!

Debra

I hope that Yang comes home soon

Have you done any door knocking cos this also helps to get people to look properly in outbuildings garages and such.

Hope you have seen Sams list of useful things to do which is top of this section.

Hello all
My cat (Yang) has been missing since Sunday 18th May. She was last seen around Otters Bank Farm, Fishpool Road, Delamere.

She is about 9 years old, slim, black all over with the longest whiskers! The back of her 2 front legs are slightly balding. She has no collar but she is micro-chipped. She is quite a timid/nervous cat, especially around strangers.

Have done all the suggested stuff - reported her to authorities, posters through neighbours' doors and on trees/lamp posts/in shops etc.

Have attached photo (I think!)

She is desperately missed by both her mummy (me) and her twin sister (Yin). Any news would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks in advance
Debra
