They could have come here after surgery. I feel like I am a convenience for them or maybe an inconvenience. At the time I made the appointment, Even though the jabs were due Wednesday, I said I was flexible. Another thing that irks me is on the day, YOU have to phone THEM to get a time. They told me to phone at 10am. I phoned at around 10.45am and the girl didn't know and went to get the vet. He said "Is that the Royal College?" - I said who I was and he said he didn't know what his schedule was but someone would phone me later. I got a call at 12.30pm saying he would be here at 3.30pm - followed by the call at 3.30pm saying he wouldn't be coming at all due to still being in a emergency surgery. If I have heard that once, I have heard it a dozen times. I like them as people but the service sucks.
