Not sure how I feel yet, still feels a bit surreal. Met my landlord tonight and he is lovely, clueless, but lovely (don't worry, I'm filling him in
)
Oh and my Mum is a fly one, she made secret arrangements for my oldest, bestest friend in the whole world to meet me to give me my flat keys, not my Mum coming in on her lunch break as I was lead to believe
Was wonderful to see her, haven't seen her in about two years and her twin girls who are absolutely gorgeous and complete chatterboxes. Was the best come home present I could have wished for
Time will tell if I settle and feel I made the right choice. Finding a job will make it easier, did not enjoy filling in all the benefit stuff online today! How do people feel good about being on benefits all their lives!?
Yes Bonnielass, I noticed that bag was missing at the England/Scotland border, couldn't remember what was in it! Passport, yes I'll need that and of course the mug Kristy got me to welcome me home. I am sure Dave misses you too and as I said, had I had a job I would have taken Cassie in a heartbeat, she's a gorgeous wee thing and would likely be very happy here with Dave and Chilli, it took all my willpower to not just give in and take her too!
