DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

I bought some for a friend's kitten a while back are they the ones you can freeze or are they different? these can be used for teething.
Please consider the harder to home cats in rescue.

I think if I had kittens, Id try this from the onset, though, along with claw trimming and geting used to be manhandled ;)

Cor JO Ripley would have your hand off if you tried that on him

Mine havent shown any interest in these - well, they've shown interest in playing with them, but not in chewing them, so no dental benefit, but interesting toys LOL!  :evillaugh: Reckon if it isnt food they're not gonna chew!

I tried some dental chews very similar to those years ago, but Trigger wasn't interested - and I couldn't blame him as the consistency was like polystyrene and they smelt of seaweed

vets make a lot of money out of doing dentals, so the cynic in me suggests an at home treatment is a long way off

Once and once only have I brushed a cats teeth ......  this was a friends cat, while I was looking after him while she was away.

Allegedly, Puss was used to it and would be no problem .... :shify:

Twasn't quite the case - I have to say he was certainly in need of dental attention because his breath could have stripped paint.

The good thing was that when she came back, Puss got his dental visit to the vet  ;)

They have some new American toys. One of them is a little xhew thing that has catnip stalks inside and the outside is a kind of nylon netting which is supposed to clean their teeth. I bought a pack today (2 for £1.99) but haven't tried them yet (They are all asleep  :Luv2: )
