Went to visit Poppy and babies today, Poppy is just a mega mum and so relaxed and happy. The kittens are adorable  :Luv2:

We have 2 girls and 1 boy. The boy is the black and white (mainley black) The girl with stumpy tail is so utterly gorgeous  :Luv2: Stump isnt the word, literaly no tail at all.

All are doing very well :)

I really like  the name Nyx for a black cat - or Nebi. (Means panther. ;)) Girls names - Hira and Hebe are pretty.

I think because poopy is so laid back she allows photos of her new babies to show them to the world. Faye has now put clean towels down so poppy and babies are warm and clean. Poppy is fine with Faye holding kittens so whilst she put her some clean bedding down she grabbed these  :Luv2:

Im smitten with the one in 3rd pic thats most white on  :Luv2:

As soon as faye is in site, Poppy purrs and rolls about wanting a fuss, then the kittens hang on teats and go flying  lol. Silly Poppy loving her fusses her so much lol.

Just been told, the kitten which has most white has a stumped tail like Poppy, so it must be Poppy was born that way and hereditary.

Poppy has just had 3 kittens and has coped very well, took everything her stride and so relaxed and happy bless her.

Pictures from foster mum:

Despite birthing boxes available, poppy chose to go intocrner of the room and have them on the carpet. She seems proud of herself and depsite just going through labour she still demands her fusses and cuddles off foster mum  :Luv2:

Poppy has been moved to a local foster home that is more calmer for her. We didnt do the scan because moving her stressd her and dont want to add any more stress. She has settled in lovely :)

She is briliant with kids and loves my two. Best part is, not once has she got claws out, even when jumping on you to get a grip! Infact thismorning I checked she had claws cause i wondered if she had been de clawed, nope she hasnt, just a super gentle girl.

Right, Poppy is booked for an ultra sound scan on friday morning (providing kittens arent born by then.) Our vet is away and I never trust locams im afraid as had too many bad expereinces. My vet is the best. When I popped in this morning the locam was no bloody good so re booked all appointments needed here for  friday and didnt bother today.

Poppy is doing fine :) She is so funny. Just been sweeping up the cat litter kicked out litter tray and she jumped on my back lol. I stood slowly to try and hold her as worried she would fall and next thing I know she was on my shoulders licking my ear. Was pretty difficult actualy getting her off as didnt want her to fall and have to be gentle cause of her tum. She really does have a funny character and real poppet.

Bless her, the wagging is probably her attempt at swishing the bit of tail she has. How's the pregnancy going? Is she coping?

Sorry for late post here, been a bit busy.

Poppy is adorable to say the least. The pictures dont do her any justice at all. I would def say she is around 11 months mark, definatly not 18 months like the guy said. She has pregnant tummy but it isnt large, but nipples are prominant and she has started cleaning fur away around them, so any time soon, maybe a small litter? She is soooo friendly and loving bless her and as she hardly has a tail (small stump) it looks like it is wagging like a dog, very cute  :Luv2: The guy reckons she is only 4 weeks pregnant  :-:

Once our fosterer comes back in 2 weeks Poppy will be going to stay with her, she is a brilliant foster mum and fostered 4 of RACR's caravan cats (Charlie, Lola (girl who had eye removed) Anya and leo) and did wonders with those cats.

Poppy will be spayed, vaccinated and chipped when she is able to after raising her kittens and found a loving home :)

I will try and get some better pictures, my camera isnt the best lol. At the moment im trying to let her settle and make sure she isnt stressed with coming into new surroundings. She doesnt seem to happy being in a pen but with the surroundings being new and im not sure how she is with dogs, I didnt want her giving birth somewhere we couldnt reach her or wasnt safe.

It wasnt definate but as the kittens and Cassie are,nt leaving till next weekend i was struggling where to put her and after speaking with Andrea she tried her foster homes to see if anyone could take her, luckily one of them can but not until the middle of August so Andrea is going to take her till everythings sorted rather then her being given away to anyone who will take her, so hopefully she will have her kittens in a secure place now and be safe from harm and then she will be neutered and put up for re-homing to someone who will look after her as she should be ;D
