Nice to hear from you Rae,

I often think of them - especially as I am now at uni and pass the house where they came from most days on the way to class (except now when I am off for the whole summer  ;D )
DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

LONG TIME NO SPEAK :(

Hi all

I just wanted to (a) apologise for my leave of absence from the forum and (b) let everyone know Im still around and so is Missa.

For those that remember I lost my dad in November from mesothelioma and since then things, as you can imagine, have not been the same.  I have moved house from East Leake and now live in loughborough centre.  Missa (one of the two siamese that were rescued after their owner passed away in Canterbury)  came with us (of course) and I am happy to report that she is thriving.

She has ventured outside and although I was really concerened because the new house is on a main road, I got some support from Sharon at Canterbury cats (thank you sharon xx) and decided to let her into the garden.  She LOVES it!!  she has no interest in going more than a few paw steps from the door and the garden is completely decked and there is a wall all the way around with a 8ft drop to the street, but there is a gate  to the street level, but she really doesnt care!.  She rolls around in the sun, chases the butterflies and bees and then, being the big brave cat that she is, as soon as a car passes she is straight in to her spot on the sofa. :Luv:

Melissa is doing really well, and Madeline (for thise who remember) is never far from our thoughts, and we still pray that maybe one day the pair will be reunited, or at least a suitable friend for Missa will be found at some point.

Hope everyone is well

Love, as always
Rae and Missa.

Ps:  I will get some photos up soon as I have found my camera in one of the packing boxes at last ;D
COME BACK MADDIE CAT, MELISSA IS WAITING FOR YOU
