Antibiotics can also upset stomachs, especially a lengthy course. Is the bottle called synulox drops? If so you need to chuck it away as it only keeps for 7 days.
Fingers crossed she regains control of her botty soon

Poor baby, that was a lengthy dose of anti-bs for such a young kitt!  :(

Still sounds like her tum is doing summersaults and must be painful with all that wind!

 update on my new kitty
well i have had her for two days nows and she hasn't been as bad as the owners said she would be , I had to take her off her antibiotics as she was only suppost to have it for five days and she ahd been on it since the 19th of may  :( .
I am just giving her paste from the vet to firm her up now , when i first got her she was very loose like water and it was yellow , but i have been giving her chicken rice and a bit of kitten food also her water is cooled boiled water only .
Her stools are now brown and alot thicker , but she seems to have not alot of control and if she passes wind she poos too , she does get to the litter tray sometimes tho :)

Can you speak to the vet who gave treatment before accepting the cat? You could be letting yourself in for big bills which cant be covered by insurance as its an existing problem.
Do you have a certificate for rosie so you know she is protected?

I guess the owner means gastroenteritis? anyway, agree with T, make sure you isolate for a while.

I would strongly advise against mixing this kitten with your own cat, there are lots of reasons for diarrhoea and some of them are not covered by vaccination ie parasites, this little one needs to be seen by a vet. How old is kitten ? If this kitten is up to date with vaccinations she/he should have a vaccination card. If you do take little one on you will need to maintain strict isolation.
Good Luck.

the owner says loose stools , tried the paste and anti biotics but the kitten still has loose stools , yet she says she has been fully vacinated
