plus 12 days  :evillaugh:

About bloody time as well! LOL.  Mind you I'ma bit miffed they have started to use it ... was hoping it might re-appear in this year's acution!

I'd actually made my mind up that I was going to save it for the auction this afternoon when I was moving the furniture around as there was nowhere obvious for it to go!

Don't get too upset though, there's always the mint condition, never used, helicopter bed  ;)

I don't believe it  :-:

Thought I was hallucinating when I saw this earlier...

and then this

Well done boys it certainly took you long enough, your mum fought Minimopsical long and hard for that little motor and won. Minimopsical ended up being bought the Pink car which she drove at fast speeds from Day one, sadly Minimopsicals little pink one went to the scrapyard last week after she took it through one too many carwashes  such a good job shes got a little red helicopter to fall into

 Lol, Lovely tale & lovely pix.
We had a small cat tree that none of mine showed any interest in (even when doused in catnip) Until like yourself one day i had changed all the furniture around in the sitting room & for some reason it became one of their faves.....so much so that they have now destroyed the top half  :evillaugh:

my theory is that when something new appears they ignore it until they sense you are about to give it away or chuck it out - then they swarm all over it

This is not the first time they've done this - they have 'form'  :evillaugh: http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,14738.msg252787.html#msg252787

it's the same cunning which makes them gobble up a sample size of a new food and then refuse to eat a mouthful of the large size you rush out to buy

I don't know why we put up with them >:(

oh yeah the helicopter bed .... shhhh don't tell everyone!

Have you tried giving the bed a quick squirt of kookamunga cat nip spray?  That always guarantees a good reaction in this house.  Alternatively a freshly washed towel in the bottom is another way to encourage use (cat's love towels  ;) ).

Hurrah! When I got my larger scratchpost with a cubby at the bottom I was pretty disheartened when all the cats ignored the cubby. Then months later I noticed Old Mog had figured out it was there and was snoring gently inside! :Luv:

I fought long and hard to win the boys the racing car bed in the Purrs Xmas auction (donated by Momo of petvogue). When it arrived all those months ago they excitedly sniffed the packaging before studiously ignoring it for several months :evillaugh:

I've had a bit of a furniture shift around today and had to do a double take when I looked over and saw this....

Lu then rushed over trying to barge Riley out - cats eh, who'd have 'em?!
