I think you're right, ela. I have just been able to vote again for Franta. I think it must be once every 24 hours - when I tried to vote again yesterday, it was the next day but it was less than 24 hours since I last voted.

Don't assume that just because people dont' state that, they aren't. Mosi doesn't eat whiskas so he would be dontating his prize to a rescue should he win. You can't vote for him yet, however, cos he's not up there yet
