It's definitely to do with IP addresses, I moved my PC to the other side of the room this afternoon and unplugged the router for quite a while while I was moving all the furniture. When I turned it back on I had a new IP address and it let me vote for all the cats/bunnies/dogs I'd voted for this morning.

Please give Mosi your vote. He's very modest and isn't expecting to win, but how would I ever be able to tell him if he ended up the least popular cat? So please make sure I have only good news for him. He will, like most of the other Purrs puds, be donating any prize to a Purrs rescue.
