DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

I know our council take any animals found on the road to a vets for scanning and cremation.  Hope you find out one way or the other whether it was Monkey or not.

Just read your thread in lost and found

I very much doubt that the council will keep bodies of cats they pick up on the road, but they may record a written description of the cat and some councils scan for a microchip.  So do get in touch with them, although that will be a difficult call to make   I also would not give up hope just yet - there are lots of ginger cats and it may not have been Monkey.
