We lost one of ours to cancer a couple of weeks ago - we had to make the decision that it was time for him to go too, so I know just how you feel - right now I'm still feeling it.

My Dear One...

There is nothing I can add to what has been said better by those replying already.

It seems little enough but, trust me, I know from experience - knowing that there is an entire world of those whose babies have already crossed that bridge - who are at this time there with you, holding your hand, hugging you close to our hearts, and mourning such that glorious boy.... it may not help today, but it will help.

Because while we join with you in mourning his death, we also join with you in celebrating his life. Too brief. Way too brief. No matter how long it was, it's always too brief.

But he was loved.

It may not speak to you just now, but that is the greatest thing, and the thing that has got me through my own losses.

He was loved.

As are you in our hearts now.

Be at peace. He is. And left this world knowing and feeling love around him.

This is Also called a blood clot or Aortic Thromboembolism. The clot stops the ciruculation in the legs and the cats legs loose all feeling and go cold because the circulation has stopped. His legs were dying and his heart was giving up.

He was such a friendly little chap, he would come and sit on your lap, have his ears stroked and purr. He never once, scratched, hissed, spat at anyone. He reminded us of a dog as he would wait for us to come home and then come runnng in when he saw us. He is truly unreplacable.

Mr Scoobie was a very handsome chap and when you are feeling more up to it would love to hear mor about him and the other little stunner in your picture.

We are a very friendly group on here and sadly far too many us understand the loss and heartache associated with having to say "goodbye" to a special furry friend.

My beautiful boy was put down today, we are so sad as he was an adorable little man. He had a saddle thrombus. He became ill last week, but by a miracle he seemed to recover, but he became very ill this morning and has been put down. We are so sad as he was so loved and so beautiful.
