It gets worse.  He is in one of his stressed out I'm a psycho moods today and was certainly doing his best to cause trouble.  He climbed on the kitchen cupboard and got his foot stuck again, this time in the grill at the top of the extractor hood.  There he was trying to pull his foot out and crying pitifully again so I climbed on a chair, stood on the worktop and what do you know before I  could get to him he had freed it.  I am going to have a heart attack if he carries on like this.

Naughty boy  - thats what Honey does, but she waits till I've popped the bread in (but havent pressed it down to toast), then grabs it and pulls it out!

Gypsy once caught her tail alight on the gas hob and proceeded to walk back across the worktop completely obvlivious, with me jumping up and down in panic and flapping wet tea towels about LOL!  :evillaugh:

Awww bless poor baby.

But i know exactly what your saying. Pod is like that, they get their meat & there is always a bowl of biscuits down so they can just help them selves & they have treats.
But Pod wants what ever we are eating or cooking. And will take it off the plate. Have to watch him like a hawk or shut him out the kitchen when things cooking.

Breakfast cerial.... my oh has to sometimes stand and eat or Pod will have his paws & head in the bowl  :sneaky:
One of his fav's was pizza??

He had his lunch and then decided he was a poor starving pussy cat and he needed more.  So what does he do?  Sticks his foot inside the toaster to grab the crumbs and got stuck.  I went into a flat panic trying to get his foot out, disconnected the toaster from the electric point and pushed and pulled his food listening to him crying pitifully. It wouldn't budge!  Still in panic mode I ran to phone my neighbour for help and before I finished dialling he managed to get it free himself.  Does he learn, definitely not.  I put stuff on top of the toaster to stop a repeat performance and he knocks it all off and tries to get his paw in again.  It's worse than having a two year old child!!!!
