Thanks,
Alfie is a very strong-willed cat and not one to take no for an answer. When he wants food he can work me over with multiple milk-treading sessions, jumping off of the headboard onto me, standing on me, pulling the duvet down and head-butting me etc. etc. until he gets what he wants. Once his mind is focused on his tummy then that's how it stays until he gets what he wants. I say to him "ah poor bunny!, you're fading away!, feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed me, feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed me"

he's in the kitchen standing by his food bowl within ten nanoseconds of my feet touching the ground when I stumble out of bed.
I remember his foster mum telling me that he had a "healthy appertite" master of the understatement!
