Hi, Piper is gorgeous.

I placed a couple of ads in my local paper and got my ginger boy back home today after over 3 weeks missing, he also travelled 3 miles.
Im sure you have heard this before, but try ads in the paper, posters and leaflets. In fact lots of leaftlets.
Piper is very unique and should stand out, so there is hope.
Stay strong and best wishes in finding your loved one.

Thanks all of you - will try the visualisation thing, am currently praying to angels as one person suggested that, so anything is worth a try if it gets him back

Oh hun ... I know how awful it is when a furbabe goes AWOL and totally understand how you are feeling.  Try to ignroe the weirdo's ... someone people have nothing better to do with their time.

Have you tried visulaisation .... I know some people think it's a bit weird / silly but if nothing else it will help you relax a bit and as they say .. nothing ventured nothing gained: http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,14171.0.html

Thanks for all support  - its a horrible time - fell emotionally, physically and mentally drained by the continuous searching and the highs when people ring you with a sighting and the lows when you find out it isn't him and this sick phone call which reminds you there are sick and twisted people in the world.

Thanks have done it all - quick question - how do you get your cat's photo attached to this as I tried to attach Piper's and keep getting told its too big - its only 394KB which should be okay

Thanks

Hi Rosmary,

So sorry you've found us under these sad circumstances.  Have your checked out the hints and tips: http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,4304.0.html

My main piece of advice is Posters posters poster ... get as many posters and flyers out as possible.  Knock on all your neighbours doors and ask them to check their sheds.

Good luck and fingers crossed your boy will be back home soon

Hi, my beautiful longhaired ginger male cat Piper has been missing from Broadmeads in Ware since 29th August 2008.  He is seven years old, is neutered and microchipped.  He wears a black collar with silver hearts on it and a read circular ID tag with his name and my mobile on it.  He has light green eyes and is extremly fluffy.  He has a sensitive stomach and is on prescription diet food - royal canin sensitive control - if he eats anything else he is likely to be sick and have diarhoea.  He is extremely nervous and shy and likes to hide.  He doesn't go out much so this is really unusual behaviour for him. He has a lump at the end of his tail and a toe missing on one of his paws.  He has live in the area for five months.  He is like my child and I am desperate to find him.  There is a reward available - see www.wareonline.co.uk/haveyoursay/  lost and found section or mymoggy.com for further details.

Thanks in advance for helping me to find him

Rosemary
