Well the weekend started with our monthly visit to the vet 8 booked in for Program and Boosters and Brodies second kitten injection - nice normal visit we hoped but oh no 2 of the Clan Cats Tuxedo boys decided that 10 would be visiting!

The 8 went well and apart from raven and panther the 2 skittish black feral dumpee's from last year in crush cages all were well behaved well as much as ferals and a hyper active brodie can be!

Oscar was limping when we got up on Saturday morning so he was bundled in to a box and came home from the vet with well he probably fell out of a tree and has staved his leg but have an antibiotic injection and 3 drops of Metacam for a week!

Poor Harvey was a bit lethargic so he to was put in a box and off we went - he however ended up staying at the vet till tonight and was a poor wee soul to say the least - we visited him yesterday and vet advised that he hadn't been since the Saturday episode - all over the vet, vets assistant on the thermometer being place in - his temp was low - strange for our lot its usually well above normal!  So he duly went for parents ones and two's and enough for a sample to be sent away for analysis - also took rations in - Applelaws and cat milk which he duly demolished - stunned vet by this point as he wouldn't eat the A/d or Royal canin sensitive for them!

So he is home tonight with a shaved neck and a shaved front leg and boy is he glas to be home - another handrear who doesn't do well away from his pack!

So the vets bills came to £500 and that was just the weekend so far we have spent my salary at the vet for August and all are now on a warning to desisit doing any thing else till September!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
