We decided to use the old 'rattle tyhe cat treats' ploy to see if Jerry and Gizzy would come a running - ( they are still on harnesses!) and it was an unmitigated failure! They both looke up , saw me in the doorway and legged it in the other direction!
We then tried to get them to have a go at the catflap and they were having none of that either!!! And I know they've used a flap before , Ive seem them in action at Sharons when they were babies!
Oh well , guess we will have to keep trying but I anticipate many a loong night trying to get them in when they can go out solo!
