I'm used to much heavier cats too JS (Tom was easily 6kg in his prime and Gandolf 6.5kg) but Billy is about the same height and length as young Noni (altho not same width ), so only quite little

I think my older mob are heavier than that - I really need to invest in some bathroom scales!

Had a dry run today getting Billy into carrier which I need to do to apply spot on wormer (OK so I chickened out of that bit  :-[, maybe tomorrow)  Anyway needed to weigh him to ensure he is over 2.5kg to apply 2 tubes.  You could've knocked me down with a feather. I had to weigh him 3 times to believe it, he's 4.4kg!

He's only a little fella but must be solidly built. Never been able to pick him up for more than 1/2 second so couldn't tell before. He weighs the same as Tom who is 1/2 as big again as Billy and heavier than Freddie and, heaven help us, even heavier than Noni our little Sumo
