sleeping is definately an art form for young Opal... lol   bless her... although I think that had more to do with the fact that she spent all night running about like a lunatic and tired both her and young Zeus out that they were comatose for most of the day!!  bless them.

She has such a wonderful nature and we really couldn't have got a better meowmy for her as they are so devoted to each other! :Luv2:

We still feel sad when we think of all the heartache and suffering the rest of the kiddies had to go through and especially seeing the happy, bouncy little girl that Opal has turned into it really makes you realise what they could have had ... had people thought to vaccinate in the area!

and yes Liz... it is nice to spend a wee bitty time with them isn't it... and then to send them on their merry way again! :)  we always miss them when they are gone but knowing they are so loved makes everything worthwhile! :D

Does anyone remember Opal??  the sole survivor from a litter of 9 kittys at Xmas time???

Original story in the link here:    http://www.purrsinourhearts.co.uk/index.php/topic,10710.0.html

Well look at her now???  She came to stay with us for a few days and look what a beautiful little girl she has turned out to be.   :Luv2:   :Luv2:  :Luv2:

She is still VERY small for her age ... of which if I remember correctly she will now be about 10months old... and barely the size of a 5month old kitten... but she is just full of life and so so happy.   Here are a few piccies for you from her current visit!  ;D

Not impressed at being woken!

and meeting a new friend....
