Looking for a fine litter scoop

They are just right for lolas patty type wees Des  every other scoop breaks them up, this slides right under. I dumped the asda one today

I really like the look of the scoop you posted about Mark, but I think my Hubby will go mental at spending almost £10 on something to scoop poop, might put him on litter tray duties for a while and see what happens

My best ones have come from Wilkinsons, but they are the 49p ones, which are different to what MM posted. The last one broke at weekend though. i didnt' like the ones like you posted MM, the Wilkinsons' ones were barely strong enough for clumping litter.

I have a fine litter scoop (holes about 1/8 inch) but I can't for the life of me remember where I bought it from.  I actually have 3 scoops and I start off with the biggest (more solid so easier to get up large clumps) then I go over it with the finer one, then sometimes I use the very fine one to pick up anything that's been missed

I don't use scoops with holes in 'em, as you say they just drop bits back in. I use a flat flexible plastic spatula to shift any clumps that happen to have stuck to the bottom of the tray (not filled it enough LOL!) and a large plastic spoon to scoop the poop and free moving clumps!

I noticed Wilkinsons ran their pet stuff down and the website said it is changing. When I went in last week, they had a lot of the stuff back in stock. I'm curious about the ones from lamp-post but like you say, you need a sturdy one to get the cement off the bottom

My faithful wilko scoop finally broke and they no longer sell them  i found a similar looking one in asda - 2 for 99p - but they are not strong enough to deal with lolas bottom of tray patty type wees 

If you find a decent alternative i would be interested to see it, everywhere else only seem to sell the big holed ones 

The vibrating scoop has too bigger holes too, is amusing to use tho

Blimey I was only saying this to my Hubby at the weekend, as I seem to end up with as much litter on the floor as the cats do with them come out the trays!

I spray mine between trays with clean and safe you could do that and have a blow out on the super duper one!

I found this one but as I need 4, it will cost me £30 

I saw online that lamp-post pet supplies sell 3 different grades and they are 80p - no photo though - more like what I wanted to spend  - I will probably be going to Hythe in the next few weeks.

I find with ultra clumping, you get a few bits that are too small to stay in the scoop. I would get one good one but probably best to keep one per tray.

mine are pah as well although I did get a free vibrating scoop when I briefly used wbcl!!!

Mine are PAH ones but I find the holes are a bit too big. and I need some that filter out smaller bits - any ideas?

I didn't know there were so many questions to ask about litter and its paraphernalia
