Hmmm.....mine aren't all sensible! Although, they don't really mess with the artificial tree, so I can't see why a real one would be any more exciting to them.

I used to have one like that and no problem with Kocka but she was a vewry sensible cat  ;D

I would imagine as long as it's a rooted tree then it shouldn't drop too many needles. 
In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

Did anyone on here have a real Christmas tree this year? And if so, did they have any problems with their cats getting pine needles in their pads? I really want to buy a rooted tree, but am worried about the "health and safety issues" with my mogs!
