I tried both options with the debit card section - very odd. I'm sure they will lose business from people even thicker than me  :evillaugh:

Odd that they give the customer the option to choose the courier - surely it's for them to decide?

DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

Hi Mark, I had the same issue the other night. We paid with my partners card, which is a Visa Debit. We also had to put it in the credit card section for some reason. Odd! As for the postage... I just ticked anything!!  :evillaugh: Lol. Gosh hope it all gets here now.. Heheh.

I have ticked the "Debit Card" box box the only options are Solo or Maestro - mine is Visa though

Even though I am using a debit card, should I use the credit card bit as there is an option for Visa.

Thanks

Woo Hoo - I only have Maestro debit and have to use my Mastercard CC for Zooplus orders which I don't like doing.  I emailed them to ask why they don't take Maestro and they said they were working on it - top marks Zooplus  ;D

Just had a look and although in the debit card option it only has the words Maestro and Solo there is a pic of the Visa symbol and oddly the Switch symbol which is the old name for Maestro.

I think timberwolf serengeti might be grain free too.   I've not tried that one as it doesn't come in small packs and I get through so little dry food I dont' like buying it in large bags.

Im going to try that too but will have to wait until all the other bags are used up which will take some time

I was amazed at the number of different dry foods they sell - I tried to find others with no grain but it looks like Orijen was the only one. I know some had no wheat, maize or soya - meaning they probably have rice and/or oats.  :evillaugh:

I found a renal dry for Clapton to try - Integra Protect. I don't like to give him any dry but he keeps eating whatever dry is around so I have ordered the renal to sprinkle on his wet food.

GLS is delivered by parcelforce this end.  I usually choose them as the DHL depot is miles away if I have to collect.

What do they consider small?

I spent about £60 - all litter and food

Well I ticked GLS

I ordered lots of small bags of Orijen as it only works out 5p Kg more than buying medium ones + it will stay fresher - also will help in the likely event that I have to give it to CP cats when mine turn their noses up  :evillaugh:

Oh and btw, yes I did order through the link. If I had known, someone could have done "recommend a friend" and got a £3 off voucher

Right that seems to have worked selecting "Credit card" even though I am using a debit card

Now it is asking if I want it sent GLS or DHL? - any idea?
