Yeah, it's what we fight against every day of the year!!! If he still has the kittens then he could perhaps hand out the HO number with the kittens saying what we offer, or if he knows the people that he gave them to he could do the same. If not, then we just have to kep our fingers crossed!

Thanks for persuading him (WHY do people need persuading, it's crazy!!!)

Thanks Jen, it has taken me ages to persuade him to get them "done" and I gave him the Head Office number this morning.  He has rehomed all the kittens so I just hope their new owners are more responsible !!

Hi Sheryl,

I think there used to be a Grantham branch, but think that it has closed (I might be wrong!)

Best bet would be to ring head office to double check and ask if they can issue vouchers. CP wants to neuter cats whether there's an operating branch nearby so it should be ok. They usually need to speak to the owner and ask which vets they would like to use. The voucher gets sent to the vets and the cats can be booked in as normal - easy!

Hope that he can get them done. If he needs help in re-homing the kittens of some of the cats re-homing, head office would also be able to adivse on what he should do. If he can't afford to pay for flea treatment then he would be better to just have one cat that he can pay for.

Where abouts are you Sheryl?

CP branches will do it and if there's not a branch nearby then if you ring the National Helpline and explain they might be able to issue one from there. I think i've heard of the PDSA issuing vouchers but don't hold me to it!

The helpline is 08702 099 099

A young lad a t work has got a female cat age 2 who has just had her third litter  >:(, he has also got 2 8 month old males which are both unneutered (one of the boys is her son) I have managed to persuade him to get them all "done" but he cant afford it, where does he contact to get vouchers.  I am sure that if he can get vouchers he will go ahead with the spaying/neutering.  I have given him some Frontline because he said they have got a flee problem.
