In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

:-[ Sorry I forgot to say hello, I have 1 cat, I child, and 1 husband ;D, we are hoping to add to our family another 4 legged baby soon, so will keep you updated on that.
I look forward to chatting to people.

Oh and despite owning cats for the past 20 years I am very new to cats really, my first cat came along when I was 14, and I really can not remember her ever having fleas, I am sure that she must of at some point, we were very uneducated about the world of cats back then, and still are to an extent. Tammy lived to the grand age of 18, she was a tortie and never ever naughty, she was the most gentle/perfect and sweet little cat, she will always be missed.
My current cat I have had for 3 years, and she is quite naughty, but we love her to bits. We Joined a cat forum 3 years ago hoping to rehome a cat from a rescue, one of the members of the forum asked if anyone could rescue a kitten he had seen on the free ads, the kitten was advertised as being for sale and came as a bundle with her belongings :( they lived just a short drive from us, and after reading the add quite a few times, her picture just made me melt, and so we went to get her, and she has been here ever since. We have had some problems with her such a toileting in the hall and lounge our poor carpet stank to high heaven, and we decided that something had to go.... so we got rid of the carpet and down went laminate flooring, we have not had any problems since. :Luv:

A cat is a free spirit who will come to you for affection, but only on her terms. The quicker a devoted owner understands this the faster harmony will resume.
