I have baught a senior/light jwb by mistake for Rameses

I think it just has more/less of the protiens than adult, one of the 2 anyway lol

I would save that for the oldies and get Rammy some adult.

will it be a major no/no to give him a senoir light jwb for the next month or so until it finishes?  I baught a senor/light for ging and grwndi but I thaught I'd picked up an adult one for Rammy but haven't but if it will have a major impact on him then obviously I'll change it.  He's 1 years old
