Thanks guys, both deaths I still really haven't come to terms with, Peppers because I took her - even though it was the right thing to do and Sam's, well Sam's was so horrifc and sudden.

I will type more but not strong enough yet or quite ready.   Its something I need to do though I know that and have known for years.

RIP little ones, but you have nothing to feel guilty with over Pepper, you gave her that final act of love and kindess and she will thank you for that, you let her go peacefully and with dignity, rather than her continuing on without enjoying life, and she was lucky that she got to go with someone who loved her.

Thanks for sharing hun, Pepper and Sam will be up on Rainbow Bridge keeping each other company until the family are reunited one day.

Our family dogs.

Pepper was my mothers dog and Sam was nan's dog (my nan lived with us).

I took Pepper to be PTS due to coming to the end of her life and quality of life became poor - thats something that I still find hard to cope with - the fact that I took her.  Not quite ready to type more yet as first time I've tried.

Sam drowned and I am in tears as I sit here.   Really cannot type anymore than that.  :( :'(

Sorry thought I'd be able to type more but can't.    Both died well over 7 years ago.
