He's a madman today Pav. Think he has spring fever as weather here is very spring like. He is leaping round the house doing somersaults and backflips playing with one of his little mice. His ears seem to be improving as he isn't shaking his head very much nor scratching. Seems to have definitely decided this is home and uses the cat flap to come and go.

Is in for the chop op tomorrow and blood tests

My Baz (like I said) still does this to the cats and the dog....he gives out his war cry, leaps on the dogs back, bite hold's the back of his neck...then the back end starts!

They are awful arnt they!

LOL I am sure he didn't. It just shocked me. I have had it with dogs in the past but never a cat. In fact one of our dogs Ben (RIP) once tried to hump me from the back seat of the car whilst I was driving along the main A6 in Stockport. My daughter was in hysterics and I was screaming for her to get him off me. He was done shortly after that!!! Another of my dogs, Pepsi (RIP) used to try to hump Dragan who didn't seem to mind too much.

I was abit shocked at first....it is scary when they have a bite hold on you also! Try to get it out of your mind as its not Charlie's fault and he did'nt mean to scare you Im sure!

My Baz used to do this to me before he was neutered.....he would give out a cry then start!

Luckily it ceased after he was done....its only the animals that he goes after!

Swampy used to do this to Max when the latter was yelling too much, as a 'discipline' thing....oops

thanks for the laugh too (sorry!!); reminds me of when I was a kid and had to do piano lessons ("thank you Mum") with a terrifying old bat - whose poodle used to ahem metronome the leg of the piano during the lesson

we had a problem like this with oscar and algie but it was ok once they were done, although it was only between the two of them!

Do you know what he just did, he scared me half to death. He climbed onto me, started paddling, grabbed my cuff and well I imagine you can guess the rest. He had this fixed look on his face and wouldn't be detached from me. In the end I had to drag him off the sofa by my cuff and shove a catnip toy right in his face. He has now flopped onto the dining table. I definitely do not want to encourage this behaviour. I never knew a cat who did this before. Any suggestions for rapid remedies please.
