This auction is for a brand new soft leather dog collar.  Size Small - Size 40: Adjusts 33 - 38cm. This retails for over £17 on Zooplus.  It is not what I would call a 'normal' dog collar ie one length of leather with a buckle so look carefully at the pics on Zooplus before you decide to bid.
