I'd Noticed Hamish's gland's looked extended about 4 months ago, I did a search on the net, and that's
How I found out about these Glands and their problem's ( great place the www ;) ) But you should have
seen the amount of stuff that came out  :wow:  Hamish's were easier to see, being short haired, but with
Misty having His Fluffy Bottom :see:  :evillaugh: but I rubbed his back to make his tale stand on end, and I
could see one side was extended too, that's why I got the vet to check him today  ;)
not nearly the same amount as Hamish but it was clogged anyway and both times there was no smell ???

gee, what a topic to be talking about  :evillaugh:

anyway Misty had 6 hrs sleep and is now eating and is back to normal, He Has Forgiven Me  :Luv:

He's not doing it now, That is Good :Luv:  :tongue 2:
I know what you mean by extra vigilant, I'm doing the same with Misty justnow, Just got back
from the vet's ( on the journey He was firing at both ends :( ) got more bloods tooken and
He was very Good :Luv: :Luv: Must be 8 or 9 years since he was last in the car, and usually when
we got Home He'd make a Bee line for His Food dish, But justnow He is sitting in front of the
Heater, Hasent touched His Fresh Food and not interested in His Felix Chicken Lickin's ?? :(
He Loves them ??? He also got His anal Glands Cleared manually and He didn't like that  >:(

Just hope he eat's soon :(

He seems to have stopped now. I guess I am being extra vigilant with him having CRF and wondered if it was a symptom of dehydration.

I shouldn't worry just yet if he's ok in all other respects. Humphrey went through a phase of having his tongue out...even the vet nurse commented on it when he had to stay in for a couple of hours some time ago - she said every time she looked in on him he was sitting bolt upright staring at her with his tongue out  :evillaugh:. He did it for a few weeks then stopped - nothing wrong with him, he just chose to stick his tongue out  :P.

we have an oldie with no teeth and hers falls out every now and again... don't know whether its because she stops concentrating or has been cleanign herself and forgot to 'pull' it in! ;)
