Well, since she was that weight at 12 months, I was a little concerned that she was going to grow into an enormous fluff monster!  But it all seems to have balanced itself out in the end. Phew.

That's a really good weight for a girl of her age. She's a stunner like her Daddy (not sure if I've met her Mummy lol) :Luv: :Luv:

She's about 6.5 kg, which is more or less the same as a few months back. When she turned one, she lost a little weight (combination of switch to adult food and the fact that she almost overnight became a far more active cat). She's gradually put it back (more muscle now, though, I think!) and is in great shape. In fact, I think she could do with fattening up a little - after all, she's a very big-boned girl (takes after her Daddy), so she needs a lot ot meat on her to balance it out.

What is she weighing in at at the moment? I wish mine would sit still on the scales like that!

Oh Gill, come on - we want to see Sasa!

Poppy's almost 17 months, and although she's still growing (those slow-growing NFCs!), she's really slowed down over the last few months - thankfully. She was getting to big for my kitchen scales... until I thought of this:

You do realise that once you have made the cushion, bought and fixed the velcro she will never sit there again, don't you!

Lucy I was just thinking the same!!

But then again who knows, maybe Poppy is not a wee butthead like Oliver :evillaugh: :evillaugh:

Poppy's got a new favourite place... the picture speaks for itself, I think. I haven't had the heart to put my stuff back there for the past week, and am currently planning to make a nice cushion to fit in there (I'm thinking velcro on cushion and velcro on shelf should keep it from squirting out from under Poppy). Sometimes I wonder if I let the cats be in charge too much around here.
