Well Monday night arrived and I had ben dreading it, last meal at 7pm and then a sleepless night worrying about Mellika going in to be spayed on Tuesday morning. Got up at 7am and imagine my horror on going into the kitchen to find that the little
had managed to break into the food cupboard and open every pack of treats in there. Phoned the vet who said that she couldnt risk spaying, I wanted Nina the vet to do the spaying because she had looked after Charlie so well, the only time she could do was Wed morning at the Sleaford surgery (30 miles away). Off we went to Sleaford and Mellika is now spayed, glad to say it all went well and there is not even a visible wound just a fine line with internal stitches underneath and a little bit of glue. I wish someone could tell me how to keep a 6 month old Bengal kitten quiet
. Ive spent the last 2 days following her around the house to make sure she doesnt do any of her death defying leaps - at this rate Ill be glad to get back to work for a rest !!
