IMO that one does not work so well as their eyes are not linked. In the first the fact that the panther was showing fine disdain for a riveted Neit worked well. But this one doesn't have quite the result needed - maybe you could photoshop their pupils so they appear to be gazing into each other's eyes as the pose suggests they should be?? Sorry, always much easier to be a critic
