Does drycleaning get rid of eau de chat?

That's so funny about the cat nip spray.

Hope the smell comes out the suit.  I'm having to get my sofa professionally cleaned this week to get rid of the rather unpleasant smell left behind by my cat!!!!!!!

Oh, poor you. I think I'd have died.   

My OH once had to go to a business meet at someone's house. He yelled down the stairs from the bathroom "Can I use some of your body spritz to liven up this shirt?" I said yes and off he went.

It was only that evening when he mentioned that the cat belonging to the people he was visiting would leave him alone, that I realised I didn't have a bottle of body spritz. He was using the catnip spray... 

Then again, my OH has a long list of not reading bottles properly.

The embarrassing thing was just as I go near the shop, there was an overwhelming smell of rotten cabbage. When I explained about the pee, he said "yes I can smell it from here" I told him the smell was outside (something to do with the flood the other week)

ah, well that explains it all. wool, of course, is the best place to pee, it has those wonderful lanoline overtones...........

The man in the dry cleaners said he can't guarantee the smell will go and that t will only get one wash. If it was a cheapo one I would have either suggested a new one or treated it with simple 1st but its a pure wool one and only been worn a couple of times.

I'm hoping so. I had my doonas drycleaned before leaving NZ, after Ralph left, so am hoping eau de chat is gone or I might have probs with the newbies. So far so good....

I agree but M&S suits aren't exactly desireable. OH only wears one once in a blue moon and I haven't worn one since I went to a wedding almost 2 years ago

I am getting it cleaned. Heknows about the pee but just wondered if drycleaning will work - otherwise off to M&S tomorrow

Yeah, best to tell OH! Coz once the body warms up the suit, it might start wiffing just a bit! Menue did the same thing on my bag once, not nice! Everytime I moved I caught a wiff

OH needs a suit for a meeting on Monday but it seems willow got there before me. It has been hanging up so you can barely smell it. Should I confess or go in to the drycleaners whistling?

Maybe the smell will re-appear when its worn and heated up abit    OOO you are awful <
