Sorry, I just remember all the bad things I heard/seen about it. Anything bad in the Chester papers seemed to always be happening there.

A friend of mine used to live there and his grandparents still do, so there are nice people - there are nice people everywhere its just the bad eggs that get all the publicity. (I'd like to hope we are nice but its horrid here - there is a lovely neighbour here too, its just the scummy ones that drag it down - just posted a thread in non-cat about our area  >:( )

Lache is right next to me... I dont know which is worst though. Granted I have met some decent people from Blacon and a girl I used to live with has just moved into a council flat there, so it can't be all that bad!

Sadly this happens everywhere. Please do not condemn everyone in Blacon there are many wonderful and caring people living there.
Yes they did dump all the thugs there several years ago from the Lache Estate.

I used to have to go to a dentist in Blacon as it was the only one taking new people on. I used to wonder how many people go in to get their teeth fixed only to leave and have them knocked back out again

I used to deliver mail there too - so many dogs chased me down paths!  (me scared by dogs just hanging around)
So many people used to block up their letterbox cause they didnt want their debt letters etc delivered!

Yup!!! Although I have been told that Blacon has "nice" parts to it... The only nice part I 've been to is a place called Well Blacon where you can get aromatherapy, reiki etc done for cheap! Its really nice inside... then you walk out the door... It seems to me that they have grouped all the thugs together and dumped them in Blacon.

Do the people who do this kind of thing actually get any punishment?

They say the chances of survival are low. Poor kitty  :'(

Scum - I would shoot them in the back as punishment.  >:(

I dont know what makes them think they have the right?

The kitty is still alive, but lost the use of her back legs and is being looked after by the vets. The article says that it has been happening alot in Chester recently! Another reason why an indoor cat is a good thing!!

This was in the local paper about a week ago. I just got the free paper and it reminded me to post it.

May upset some.
