PHONE CALL
« Reply #1 on: August 06, 2007, 18:57:14 PM »
Caller:  My cats had kittens I will keep 2 but do you want the other two.
Me:     Unfortunately we have no room at the moment as we already have about 50. Will you be having mum spayed?
Caller:  No she is a house cat.
Me:     How did she manage to get pregnant.
Caller:  I look after my boyfriends male cat.
Me:     Do you think he will have the cat neutered if I pay th full cost,
Caller:  You had better speak to him, then passed the phone to 'him' and said she wants to speak to you.
Me:     After explaining the position the owner of the male agreed to  have the cat neutered. We live in hope he keeps to his word. Then gut feeling came over me as 'him' passed the phone back to the original caller, I just said are there any more cats that need neutering and spaying.
Caller:  I do have Pepsi who belongs to him.
Me:     How old is she?
Caller:  2
Me:     If I pay the full cosy can Pepsi be spayed?
Caller: You had better ask 'him' and 'him' came to the phone
Me      If I pay the full cosy can Pepsi be spayed?
Him:    No
Me:     I explained the reasons and the caller agreed.

Phew. Please keep everything crossed.
