What a darling little man.

I can sympathise - I lost my Beau to FIP.

Sleep tight sweet one -have fun on the bridge - chasing butterflies and running thorugh the long grass playing with all the other bridge babes. You were one handsome chap, so young and cruely taken.

Big hugs Sue - xxxxxx
FIP maybe 3 little letter but how big is that darn virus that takes our babies.

So sorry to hear your news Sue.  My heart goes out to you - I lost one of the kittens from Liverpool on Friday - they can go and play at the Bridge together.  Go and have fun you two until we come and find you.   :candle:  RIP little Rupee and Lewis.

So sorry Sue that is dreadful news, what an adorable little boy he was.

 :RIP:  Ruppee

If it should be I grow frail and weak,
And pain prevents my peaceful sleep,
Then you must do what must be done,
When this last battle can't be won.

You will be sad, I understand.
Selfishness might stay your hand.
But on this day, more than the rest,
Your love and friendship take the test.

Take me where my needs they'll tend.
Only stay with me until the end.
Hold me firm and speak to me.
Until my eyes no longer see.

I know, in time, you, too, will see,
It is a kindness that you do for me.
Although my tail it's last has waved,
From pain and suffering I've been saved.
Do not grieve it should be you.
Who must decide this thing to do.

Night, Night Rupee.  Be sure to send your Mum a rainbow so that she knows you have arrived safely, my Tiggy will take care of you until your Mum is ready to come and collect you

Remember Our Love

I was chosen that day
I'm learning to fly
the world took me away,
but please don't you cry

And I chose you today
to try and be strong
so please don't you cry
and don't say that I'm gone

When you're feeling alone
just remember our love,
I'm up near the stars
looking down from above.

Remember our love
In a moment you'll see
that I'm still here beside you
when you're thinking of me.

Rupee was a true sweetheart who loved cuddles & run to be picked up... his little chirrup I can hear in a distance...but he's not here anymore. If I asked for a kiss he would lick my face...but he's not here anymore.
2 days that’s all I knew of him being unwell, it was all so sudden.. at first the vet treated him with antibiotic & pain relief but he didn't respond. He was squealing with pain in his abdomen with every movement. He got worse throughout the night & I had to take him to the emergency vets at 4am as he couldn't hold himself up & was crying so much. He lost the use of his bladder & his temperature was so high. I nursed him but he was dying in my arms. As soon as my vets opened next morning I rushed him there & they also confirmed the symptoms of FIP. He went on a drip immediately, his body just floppy & weak & his tiny little head hung over so helpless. He didn't respond to the drip either & I knew what the inevitable was going to be. He wouldn't have survived the night so the kindest thing was to ease his pain.
I cant believe he is gone...

Rest peacefully my little man ~ Toffee will take care of you. Mummy loved you so very much & will always miss you.
