I have to reply this because mine meow all the time :-) Charlie looks retarded and particularly, he has a big head and a small and skinny body (health reason) He runs upstairs with me and he slipped once. He jumped to my shoulders and I walked upstairs and downstairs. He lifts his feet when lying his back on my chest. He eats, sleeps, purrs and meows! (he cant even poo!)
He walks and twiches his head. Once I gorgot to open the conservatory, he pee by my foot. He only knows how to get in the house via the catflap but not how to get in. Took him back from the vet after he had an enema, he ate and then got in the basket
Baxter meows a lot too and he was pummelling my stomach when I was in bed last night. He must have fallen asleep and he felt down.
Okay, be serious for a moment. Check his hearing... Also bear in mind that some breeds are very vocal. I think Siamese, Tonkinese and Havana Brown are quite vocal. They also tend to use their paws more than their noes.
