We home numerous cats a year to homes where there are dogs. (Although we do get some cats who we know will not get on with dogs or other cats for that matter). However, usually if introduced properly with time and patience all works out very well. I even know someone who had numerous cats and adopted an ex racing greyhound and Susie learnt to absolutely love the resident cats and enjoyed nothing better than cuddling up to them.

It's a shame really as most look gorgeous dogs    As soon as I get chance anyway, I'll go through my emails and see if there are any suitable that may do, xxx

problem with poundies dawn is that they are not assessed &  pounds dont rehome to the public nither do the rescues that take them before vet checks etc.

This lassie has cats & visiting kids but more worried about the cats

I get a lot of emails to do with the Irish Pounds where the dogs need homes asap otherwise they will be pts, I'm wondering whether anything can be arranged through them.

Leave it with me whilst I go through my emails    I'm not 100% sure but I've had a few emails regarding dogs needing placements but not sure on size, I'll have to check.

Sorry folks this is not for a wee cat.....its a long shot but what the hell lol

Home available  for a small  dog that is cat & child friendly.   The person has tried all the rescues in glasgow area &  the dogs all to big or unstuaible.  She has tried a private rehoming but didnt work out as the dog hated cats & not to keen on kids.   I have emailed her rescue contacts & some she has tried but they wont rehome outside their area. 


Shes keen to rehome an older dog but wary that will go wrong & upset her cats that shes very worried about & wont abandoned them.   Shes now saying that it  might be best to buy a pup from a breeder but theres that many puppyfarmes & backstreet breeders that risky.

All shes wanting is a wee dog thats cat friendly & ok with kids as she has them visiting but finding it difficult. She dosnt have transport but i dare say something can be sorted if she can find the right dog


Dosanyone out there know of any rescues that have small dogs & can provide any backup if needed?
