Where can i get a paper collar??

There used to be a Siamese in my neighbourhood who I caught stealing from bins, so rang his owner, and it was one of his favourite things to do apparently!! Strays can be well fed as well as skinny - I picked Ginger up from the streets and he was overweight, but having a home never stopped him wandering into people's houses!!

It depends on how interesting the smells are that are coming from the bins..... After Christmas in Oz, when the bins are full of prawn shells, the local cats go wild!!

Unlikely but possible. There is a tortie that comes over my garden every night to nick the cat food I put out for the hedgehogs. Maybe your give him better food than he gets at home.

If he looks fit and well-covered then he has a permanent home. Cats wander around looking for soft touches and scrounge food off them There is nice little ginger cat in my street who rushes up and greets me like a long-lost friend. They will demand to be fed immediately after a full meal if a new person comes into the room .....

thats the thing black cat i can't really adopt him, as much as i would love to,
I would like to find out where he belongs he does have a collar (Not a safety one i hasten to add wopuld like to get it off him but not managed it yet) and is extremely friendly but is always hungry
would a cat with a permenant home still go elsewhere to be fed?
If he doesn't have a permenant home how long should i wait for a reply Where should I contact if he doesn'yt have a home I'm happy to feed him thats not the problem just wanna know he has somewhere warm to sleep

Make it yourself Smudgey. just a band of paper with sellotape. The tape shouldn't go all the way round  in case the kitty gets stuck on a branch or something. Cheap & effective. You might have to replace it a couple of times if it gets torn. Good luck

Hi where can I get a paper collar, I have a beautiful Black boy come to our door and I want to find out if he has a home i saw him going thru the bins so have since then been feeding him TWICE A DAY!!! he is on my doorstep
 a drunken neighbour called him smudge but i'm not sure if thats where he belongs, well I hope it's not!!!!
Any advice please
