Hello Curtis.  Welcome to Purrs.   :welcome:

Can you give us some more information?  How many cats do you have?  Are they indoor and outdoor?  Neutered or unfettered?  Has the peeing inside just started recently and is it random or in the same place?  Has your cat access to a litter box and if so have they used it previously without any issues?

Having this info might help us with advice.    :Luv:

6 Basic Stitches Every New Embroider Should Know

The usage of machine embroidery has reduced the burden for embroiderers. Now, new sewers can comfortably master even the most complicated designs and stitches without much effort. However, getting complete information about all the basic stitches on an embroidery machine is essential. It is the first stage for beginners before learning more complicated stitches or trying the best embroidery machine for custom designs.

Following are the most basic stitches that are common in almost all embroidery machines available on the market today. Let us learn all of them in the next few minutes!

Straight Stitch

It is the most basic and the easiest one of all embroidery stitches. It only includes steps like moving the needle up and then going down. Remember that the best embroidery machine for custom designs will allow you to create stars, textures, scattered fills, and other patterns. You only need to practice length and placement on these stitches, and your favorite design will appear on the fabric.

Running Stitch

Running stitch is another general and trouble-free embroidery stitch. It fulfills secondary aims like adding detail to your embroidery and making outlines. You can see this simple stitch on the best embroidery machine for logos to add a second row or adjust its length.

Backstitch

It is one of the simplest and also frequently used embroidery stitches. You can get used to this stitch with some practice. Learning this stitch is not easy as the backstitch makes pairs with other stitches. Unlike the running stitch, it only creates a single long line. You can use this stitch to outline a design or create font designs.

Satin Stitch

Satin stitch is one of the most classic embroidery stitches used for filling an area with a smooth and beautiful-looking style. While using the best embroidery machine for logos, there are a few variations than the basic satin stitch. However, it serves the same as the straight stitches. You can use this simple stitch to create a unique pattern by practicing the different lengths and distances between stitches.

Split Stitch

This embroidery stitch is similar to the backstitch, but it works upside down. This stitch provides another option for enhancing the outline. The backside of this stitch on the top rated embroidery machines will resemble the front side of the backstitch pattern. You can create strong embroidery lines with split stitches for stretching or piercing the design.

French Knot

Compared to many other common embroidery stitches, the French knot is not the easiest to master. You will need constant practice and time to learn this stitch. You can make this stitch with top rated embroidery machines on the surface of any fabric. The secret behind making this stitch without error is to hold the thread firmly but not too tight.

Conclusion

You can make several types of embroidery designs with these stitches. Few of them are very common and easy to understand and practice, while others are complex that need a lot of practice. These embroidery stitches can make your fabric look prettier by including borderlines, outlines, knots, etc.
