Could be a little cyst, Lola.  Might just be worth having him checked out.

Found this small pea size lump on cats back, between his shoulder blades. I gave it a little squeeze and blood came out. It doesn’t seem to bother him and he’s still eating and drinking as normal.He’s an indoor cat and has never been around any other animals. Any ideas what it could be?
