Maybe that's the aim of the government - divide and conquer, as they know resources would be stretched thinly.   :(

I understand about the distance and lifts

The area is so large and people now split between two new zones and original in this area so like trying to find a needle in a haystack :(

There have been some success stories though

We've been given a different zone this year. We now have Dorset although I haven't managed to get down there yet. It's so far and trying to fit it around lifts and work is not easy. Apparently there is hardly anyone down there so is quite dangerous for the few there are. Hope everything is going ok in your area?

So sorry only just seen your post :-[

Do hope your area is ok. I heard that about Dorset too :(

Been out in North Cotswolds, a big new zone.

Wishing you all the best

Thank you Alison hadn't heard when it would officially start. We are concerned about the area we go to, a group from Cornwall do a significant amount of work there. They of course will have their own county to worry about this year. Also I understand not many locals helped in Dorset. I do have high hopes for Cornwall as when I lived there they were very active during the last cull. Really hope we can get people out in the new zones. It's just so depressing!

This years cull will start after the August Bank holiday.

The areas involved will be North Cotswolds, South Herefordshire, North Gloucestershire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall.

Only if you are able and have some spare time any help will be gratefully received whether it is checking an area in the day time or sitting in a car at a road junction. Writing to MPs is also a great help.

Anyone can pm me and I will be able to put you in touch with the right person
