At 19.50pm this evening our darling Baby Gorgeous Miss Beijing of the Clan Cat was gently put to sleep with both her parents in attendance

Beijing as she was christened was born here on 27 May 2008 at 21.15pm, she was the daughter of a brother a sister mating , we rescued her Dad our darling Brodie and her Mum was our darling Gem. Gem along with her other kittens Star, Cairo and Shanghai died from FIP and Baby Gorgeous was Gems legacy and I promised Gem we would keep her safe for as long she stayed and true to our word we did
She had an eventful life and she got a partner in crime in the late Archie who came to us after being used as a football, and he and Baby G became our Doodles, Archie died after about 15 months and she became a very spoilt little girl

She lived her life to the full and in the bitter winter of 2009 she went missing on 23 December and we found her up a tree 5 days later in an area of the woods that we don't walk the dogs in but Sky and Sunny had other idea's, Robin went up a ladder on a frozen pond and about 5 foot from the bottom of the ladder Baby G moved and he dropped her, me I let go of the ladder and caught Baby G, Robin has some interesting bruises from that incident but our Baby G was home safe

She was very much a nortie tortie and had the attitude to match she could be a sweet as pie or as mad as a box of frogs
She had a brain tumour and we along with our wonderful vets kept her safe, warm and very much loved and me keeping my word to her late Mum Gem

So god speed our darling nortie tortie so very much missed already
